Pastor Young Ho Chang & Susan Chang (Senior Pastor)

Pastor Young Ho Chang is the Senior Pastor of New Song Church, faithfully leading the church with a vision to unite all generations under Jesus Christ and to proclaim the gospel both locally and globally. Since joining New Song Church in 2015, he has served in various roles including Korean young adult congregation pastor, associate pastor, and missionary pastor in Ghana, where he helped launch New Song International Church in the city of Adjen Kotoku. His heart for missions and generational unity continues to shape the church’s mission and direction today.

His wife, Susan Chang, is a visionary educator and missional leader. She is passionate about using education as a powerful tool for evangelism and discipleship. Through starting New Song Academy, she has impacted the local Mountlake Terrace community, and her work has now extended globally with the founding of New Song Academy International in Accra, Ghana.

Together with their daughter Gianna, the Chang family lives out a deep commitment to building God’s Kingdom—across generations, cultures, and nations.

Pastor Ronald Bang & Jae Bang (English Congregation)

Pastor Ronald is local to the Greater Seattle Area and joyfully declares that the West Coast truly is the best coast. Growing up in the church, he stepped into his pastoral calling in 2008 when God led him to serve the youth at a small local church. Since then, he has leaned on the Word to guide each step of his ministry. In 2018, his family joined New Song Church, where he now serves as the English Congregation Lead Pastor.

Pastor Ronald is currently continuing theological studies at Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary while faithfully serving as a husband, a father, and a pastor. He carries a deep heart for the love of Christ to be shared across generations and cultures, longing to see believers of every age and background grow in their identity in Jesus. He is joined by his lovely wife, Jae, and their three children - Mayson, Elise and Ena. Their passion is to help others discover their true identity and worth in Christ alone.
