Overnight Retreat Guests Check-in begins Sat at 3:00 PM. Please arrive at the address below and follow the directions of our parking attendants to Glacier Peak, where you will be directed to park and complete check-in before heading to your rooms.

수련회 체크인은 토요일 오후 3시부터 시작됩니다. 아래 주소로 도착하신 후, 주차 안내팀의 안내를 따라 Glacier Peak으로 이동해 주세요. 해당 장소에서 주차 및 체크인을 완료하신 후 객실로 이동하시면 됩니다.

※ 목걸이 명찰(lanyard)을 받으셔야 공식적으로 체크인이 완료됩니다

  • At New Song Church, we intentionally refer to our English and Korean congregations as congregations rather than ministries (KC & EC, not KM & EM). This is because “ministry” means the action or service both to God and others such as serving teams (e.g: Cafe, VBS, Small Groups, etc.) while “congregation” affirms that we are all part of the greater body of Christ.

    Each congregation—whether English or Korean—is not simply a program or subset, but a fully functioning expression of the church. We gather in different languages and cultural contexts, but we are united as one church, walking together in vision, worship, and mission. Using “congregation” reflects our commitment to shared identity, mutual values, and unity in Christ. Congregation refers to the Church so we can also use those terms interchangeably such as “English Congregation or English Church”.

  • 뉴송교회에서는 영어권공동체과 한어권공동체을 EM(English Ministry)이나 KM(Korean Ministry)과 같은 일반적인 용어로 부르지 않고, EC (English Congregation) 이나 KC (Korean Congregation) 이라고 의도적으로 부르고 있습니다. 그 이유는 ‘Ministry’는 하나님과 이웃을 위한 섬김의 행위나 사역을 의미하며, 이는 카페, VBS, 소그룹 등 다양한 섬김 팀들을 지칭할 때 사용되는 용어이기 때문입니다.

    반면에 ‘공동체’은 우리가 그리스도의 몸 된 교회의 일원임을 강조하는 단어입니다. 영어권공동체 이든 한어권공동체이든, 각 공동체는 단순한 프로그램이나 하위 부서가 아니라 온전한 교회의 표현이자 기능하는 공동체입니다. 언어나 문화는 다를 수 있지만, 우리는 하나의 교회로서 같은 비전과 예배, 그리고 사명 가운데 함께 나아가고 있습니다. ‘공동체’이라는 용어를 사용하는 것은 우리의 정체성과 서로에 대한 소중함, 그리고 그리스도 안에서의 연합에 대한 우리의 고백을 반영합니다. 또한 ‘공동체’은 곧 ‘교회’를 의미하기 때문에, 우리는 ‘영어권공동체’ 또는 ‘영어권교회’라는 표현을 상황에 따라 서로 바꾸어 사용할수 있습니다.

  • No. Unfortunately the pool is reserved only for families with dream or Kids present at retreat with parent supervision. However, kids are not required to swim and there will be plenty of other fun recreation available on site!

  • 아니요. 아쉽게도 수영장은 부모님의 보호와 함께 수련회에 참석한 Dream 및 Kids 가정을 위해서만 예약되어 있습니다. 하지만 아이들의 수영 참여는 필수가 아니며, 현장에는 그 외에도 다양한 재미있는 레크리에이션 활동들이 준비되어 있습니다!
